Steven is a respected naturopath and remedial massage therapist who brings over twenty years of clinical experience to each treatment. Developing skills in holistic assessment and integration of modalities makes for a unique appreciation of body mechanics and function improving therapeutic outcomes.
Steven’s exposure includes a wide variety of elite sporting athletes both internationally and locally ranging from European footballers, Ultra marathon runners, cyclists to weekend and corporate warriors.
Steven also works with many young people and maintains a NSW working with children certificate.
Grounded in the sciences with an appreciation for health and wellbeing via evidence-based practice, Steven incorporates a balance between integration of traditional naturopathic philosophy and working alongside medical practitioners and other allied healthcare providers.
Steven advocates a reconnect to the simplicity of life through our daily ritual of food, sleep, movement, work and play to energise ourselves, our hearts and ensure true health.
